Operations Management Team (OMT), is under the supervision of the United Nations country team. UNWTO provides leadership in the implementation of a coordinated, effective and efficient joint operational support program at country level. The objective of the Country-level Joint Operations Program is to ensure that program delivery is supported in the most effective and efficient manner possible, ensuring high-quality and timely operational support to participating agencies.
